Martin van Drunen started out in legendary PESTILENCE and recorded two albums with them, Malleus Maleficarum (1988) and Consuming Impulse (1989).

After his departure from PESTILENCE, he joined ASPHYX as the singer and bass player in 1987.

In 1995, MARTIN was asked to replace Karl Willetts in the UK death metal band BOLT TROWER.

Nine years laters he got into an 'all star' death metal band by the name HAIL OF BULETS. 

But we are here to talk to VAN DRUNEN about the brand new studio album 'Deathammer' by ASPHYX, released today .

MARTIN is telling us all the details about the record, but also:
