TMZ has obtained the surveillance footage showing former Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach getting violent, restrained, and arrested in a Canadian bar early Monday morning.

The footage shows Bach smashing his wine glass on the ground as he walks towards the entrance of Riley's Olde Towne Pub in Peterborough, Ontario... right after he was asked to leave by bar management.

Moments after Bach smashes the glass, the bar owner can be seen rushing after the singer from behind in an attempt to restrain him.

Chaos ensues, and Bach can be seen flailing around as bar staff tries to detain him until police arrive.

The camera captures the moment when officers arrived to the scene and searched Bach.

Meanwhile, more details about the incident have surfaced.

The Peterborough Examiner reports that Riley's Olde Towne Pub owner Jim Kakouros said Bach arrived at the bar at about 8:30 p.m. with about six friends.

Kakouros told the paper that the group had a couple of bottles of wine but, aside from being a little demanding, they were pretty good customers. The trouble began at about midnight, he said.

Bach, and a few of his friends, approached the pub's musician of the evening, Josh Gontier, and asked if they could sing; Gontier, who plays at the bar four times a week, directed Bach to talk to management.

The group, including Bach, chose to sit back down and began heckling and cursing Gontier, Kakouros said, and Bach began throwing ice cubes at him, asking if he knew who he was.

At that point staff stepped in and asked Bach to stop. Kakouros said that behaviour isn't tolerated, no matter who it comes from. Bach was eventually asked to leave, he said, but was allowed to stay and finish his glass of wine.

When the singer stood up and began walking toward the door with his glass, Kakouros said he knew he'd have to stop him because he'd walk outside with it. ”Then, as hard as he could, he threw it," Kakouros said. The wine glass shattered on the floor and Kakouros said he moved to stop Bach.

Bach was given the option of either paying for the glass and the cleanup or paying for the glass and cleaning it up himself. Kakouros said it would have cost about $20.

Things turned physical during the conversation, he said, and eventually the two began scuffling. During the incident, Kakouros alleges he was scratched three or four times on his face, drawing blood, he said, until he was able to put Bach in a bear hug.

"And because he couldn't get away, he bit my hand," Kakouros told the paper.

Bach was charged with assault, possession of marijuana and mischief under $5,000; he was released on $3,00 bail after his courtroom appearance in Peterborough Monday, but will do it all over again in Toronto on Tuesday, after Toronto police picked him up and brought him back to the city.

The Toronto Sun reports that Bach has been busted on a 6-year-old warrant stemming from a charge of mischief under $5,000.
