AXL ROSE Sues Guitar Hero
25 November 2010Axl Rose is suing Activision, the makers of Guitar Hero, for $20 million.
He’s claiming breach of contract over the use of the Guns N’ Roses song Welcome To The Jungle on Guitar Hero III: Legends Of Rock.
The Guns singer claims he had an agreement with Activision that they wouldn’t feature either Slash or Velvet Revolver in the game.
Rose is said to be angry that Slash, or at least a drawing of him, is on the cover (see below) and that there’s also one track titled Guitar Battle Vs. Slash.
So far, Activision haven’t responded.
