When Aussie pop Queen Kylie Minogue asked indie rockers Primal Scream to work on an album with her they turned the prolific hitmaker down.

According to Britain's Daily Express, Kylie met up with Bobby Gillespie and Co. after a gig in Australia and approached them about collaborating.

Gillespie, however, turned her down, explaining to Q magazine: "We met her twice – at a photo shoot and then she came to a gig in Australia. She was lovely. I think she was looking for us to write a song for her and make a record with her. But we were having problems even writing songs for ourselves at that point. So it never happened."
