'Sad Song' is set to be the first single from 'Move Like This,' which is due for release on May 10.

A short ‘teaser’ clip of the track was initially posted by the band in early December, as The Cars worked on building interest and anticipation for their first album in 24 years.

'Move Like This' was recorded last year in Los Angeles and upstate New York by the entire surviving band: Ric Ocasek, drummer David Robinson, guitarist Elliot Easton and keyboard player Greg Hawkes.

Gareth 'Jacknife' Lee, who has worked with U2 and R.E.M., produced five tracks; the band did the rest.
