Nicholas Cage's troubled son Weston has walked free from police custody after posting $50,000 bail.

The Eyes of Noctum rocker and his wife Nikki Williams were booked on felony domestic violence charges on Monday after police were called to their Los Angeles home to investigate reports of a domestic disturbance.

The couple is accused of becoming embroiled in a violent argument in the early hours of Monday, when songwriter Williams reportedly attacked her husband with a bottle. Cage is alleged to have responded with force, prompting their arrest.

The rocker posted his bond hours later and showed off bloody cuts to his bandaged arm as he left the police station, before telling a TMZ.com videographer, "Never get married!"

Williams had yet to post bail as WENN went to press.
