ROGER TAYLOR Releases Song About RUPERT MURDOCH
20 July 2011Roger Taylor has made his opinion on the current News International situation known – through a song.
It’s called Dear Mr Murdoch, which originally appeared on the Queen legend’s 1994 album Happiness?. Now, he’s subtly updated this to reflect Rupert Murdoch’s current controversy, and you can check it out below. The song will shortly be available on iTunes.
Incidentally, Taylor took on Murdoch in 1998, when the latter try to buy Manchester United. He helped fund supporters’ attempts to block the sale – and succeeded!
