Sammy Hagar is being sued over a story featured in his autobiography.

In the book Red: My Uncensored Life In Rock, Hagar talks about meeting a Playboy bunny in Detroit and how she got money from him by claiming he was the father of her child. This happened while he was fronting Van Halen in the late 1980s. Hagar denied paternity in the book.

Now the woman has taken legal action against Hagar, alleging that not only did he break a secret agreement by writing about the incident, but he also distorted the facts.
