MAYLENE AND THE SONS OF DISASTER have released a terrifying new music video for 'Open Your Eyes', starring the one and only Danny Trejo. The video, which is stylized as a short film, can be seen below.

Maylene frontman Dallas Taylor says, "We've always been huge fans of Danny Trejo. We were on the same flight a few years ago but I didn't get a chance to meet him. Ever since then, I've wanted him to be in one of our videos. Never in a million years did I think it would happen, so this is really special for us."

As it turns out, video director Scott Hansen had worked with Trejo before and was able to make it happen. The video was shot in one day in Los Angeles, and stars Trejo as a sadistic mechanic.

The hard rock innovators are gearing up for a nationwide headlining tour in support of their new album, IV, out now via Ferret Music. The 4-week trek will kick off January 25th in New Orleans and take the band to both coasts, with support from LIONIZE.
