MUTHA'S DAY OUT To Reunite After 17 Years
30 January 2012It was announced via lead singer Mikal Moore's Facebook account that Arkansas-based alternative metallers MUTHA'S DAY OUT are working on a reunion for later this year:
"Some of the guys and I have been talking......it looks like there may be some new Mutha's Day Out on the horizon."
The reunion will be a four-piece and includes Mikal, guitarist Chuck Schaaf, bassist Jeff Morgan and a new drummer.
The band is most famous for their appearance in the 1995 movie Mortal Kombat before disbanding shortly thereafter. Their song 'What U See' was included in the soundtrack, which went platinum in under two weeks.
Details about new material and tour dates are to be announced.
