Fans of THE MARS VOLTA, have much to look forward to, as the band is offering a free stream of their brand new single ‘The Malkin Jewel’ via their official website. Their upcoming album ‘Noctourniquet’ is due out March 27.

The psychedelic tune ‘The Malkin Jewel’ is available as a digital single today, Feb. 14. Meanwhile, another album track, ‘Zed and Two Naughts,’ appears on the soundtrack for the video game ‘MLB 12: The Show.’

The upcoming sixth studio disc ‘Noctourniquet’ will be the Mars Volta’s follow-up to 2009’s ‘Octahedron.’
