Fresh off their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last weekend, the Red Hot Chili Peppers have just announced plans to release a covers EP on May 1st.

We Salute You will feature the multi-platinum rockers covering past Hall inductees such as The Ramones and Neil Young.

The EP will be released by Warner Bros. and many of the tracks have never been available to consumers in the past.

The album will only be available online via digital formats and can be purchased at the groups’ official website.
