With a smile on his face and a festival drink in his hand, Martin van Drunen, the mighty voice of the Dutch ASPHYX entered TANGRA MEGA ROCK's special festival studio at LOUD FESTIVAL 2012. 

We talk about the things of life, "how it is going" and other festival stuff.

We learned that even though they flew with SLAYER on the way here, they didn't have a clue it's Kerry King's birthday.

Martin shared that Kerry is an introvert and doesn't like to share personal stuff, birthdays included.

We also talke about  the monstorous sound of ASPHYX and Martin said that they achieve that via one - the active perticipation of all the band members in the production process and also, the guitarist Paul records his tracks in his house, and then the rest pile up on the record.
