BARONESS Released From Hospital
28 August 2012BARONESS guitarist/vocalist John Baizley has been released from the Bristol, UK hospital that he and members of the band and their crew were holed up in after their tour bus plunged over a Bath viaduct in heavy rain.
The Savannah, Georgia band were touring Britain and Europe when their coach crashed through a safety barrier and fell 30ft.
Allen Blickle (drums) and Matt Maggioni (bass) have both arrived back in the United States.
In the accident, John Baizley broke his left arm and left leg, Allen Blickle and Matt Maggioni each suffered fractured vertebrae.
Pete Adams (lead guitar, vocals) was treated and released from the hospital.
In a brief update, Baroness state: "All remaining 2012 tour dates are canceled. Thank you for all of the continued support."
