Video: SIGUR ROS debuts new song - 'Brennisteinn'
05 November 2012SIGUR ROS performed in their native Iceland for the first time in four years Sunday night and they marked the occasion by debuting a brand new song.
Coming just six months after the release of Valtari, 'Brennisteinn' packs an urgent drive of industrialism stemming from squonking, mechanical synths that plod through a web of strings.
That might sound like a mess, but Jonsi chimes in unscathed with dovetailing vocals that resonate as quickly as they tear apart.
