DEEP PURPLE will release their 19th studio album on April 26, 2013 but the title is still unknown, even to the group.

After various songwriting sessions in Europe, the band recorded and mixed the project in Nashville with producer Bob Ezrin.

The group's first album since 2005's 'Rapture Of The Deep' is rumored to be the perfect match from the original spirit of 70s PURPLE and a fresh and modern production.

"The title of our new album is still a question mark to all of us," says singer Ian Gillan.

"We have recorded a new album, and it's a fantastic collection of songs. At the moment that's the only affirmative point we can offer..." more on this story
