THE STROKES have dropped the first track off their forthcoming, as-yet-titled fifth studio album.

Dubbed 'One Way Trigger', the obscure track certainly sounds like a STROKES cut, but it’s not until about two-and-a-half minutes in that it actually feels like Julian Casablancas is behind the mic.

Could this be a new side to the frontman? A hint of more things to come?
