The Finish hard rock band HIM were forced to cancel their North American tour after frontman Ville Valo was diagnosed with severe asthma with presumptive pneumonia.

The band officially announced the cancelation over the weekend for the tour which was set to kick off on Friday (May 3rd) in Los Angeles.

The band announced that tickets will be refunded and that they will be touring North America this summer when they take part in the Rock Allegiance tour with Volbeat, All That Remains and Airbourne.
