RIVERSIDE played a fantastic gig at Sofia Live Club, promoted by radio TANGRA MEGA ROCK.

The band then drove down to Turkey to spend three days off and play a show on May 31.

"It was a disaster. We had 3 off days because our drummer needed to go home as planned." - says manager ROB PALMEN.

"And when day 4 came, show day, exactly on that day all hell broke loose. The venue was 600 meter from Taksim square. It was impossible to let people into the venue. If there were more than 10 people standing together the police was firing rubber bullets and water canon.

So we had to cancel. We had already buid up the stage. So we needed to tear it down and load into vans and get the hell out….sucked…

Meanwile RIVERSIDE have just made live footage available from a show in Holland earlier this year.

It’s for the track Feel Like Falling, which is on their current album Shrine Of New Generation Slaves.

It’s from a gig at The Metropool in Hengelo on March 23, and, say the band, the footage is  ‘100% live, there are no overdubs of any kind’..
