Kaliakra Rock Fest ends with huge success

"On the 25th of August, Kaliakra Rock Fest in Kaliakra stadium in Kavarna united more thta 7 000 people.

The show started 30 minutes earlier, which was rather unpleasant surprise for hundreds of fans, who were still outside. They had to miss the first few songs by Testament who opened the fest.

The show put by Testament was regarded by many people as the highest peak of the night - they had a killer sound, amazing musucians and some of the legends in the American trash metal scene. Their gig was an hour long and they played most of their famous songs.

Second on the stage were German veterans Helloween, who after Testament were like highschool soc-band - the sound at the beggining of their set was tragic. To make the matter worse there was their funny and screaming singer but the fans seemed to be enjoying the gig.

After Helloween and a small pause Twisted Sister hit the stage with their opening song for tonight ".... To RockN'Roll" and Dee and the band came onto the stage like there were coming from a time machine. Everything was exactly like 20 years ago - the hairstyles, the clothes and even the make-up! The sound was with a variable quality but the musicians were very professional and energetic.
They played all their classic songs and were making effort to communicate with the public.
Twisted Sister proved in Kavarna that they are one of the biggest bands in the American heavy-metal scene."
