BECK to Release New Studio Album ‘Morning Phase’ in February

After months of releasing a handful of standalone singles (Gimme, Defriended and I Won’t Be Long), an album of sheet music and re-interpreting old David Bowie songs, Beck has finally announced a new studio album.

In February, he’ll release Morning Phase, his twelfth full-length LP and first on new label home Capitol Records.

Of particular interest is Rolling Stone‘s note that Morning Phase will ‘return to his Sea Change days’, as well as the fact that the new album will feature many of the musicians that BECK collaborated with on 2002′s Sea Change.
