MOTORHEAD new album with highest US chart position in band’s history
31 October 2013MOTORHEAD’s new album, 'Aftershock', has scored the band’s highest US chart position in the band’s 38-year history, debuting at No. 22 on the Billboard 200 with opening week sales of 11,000 copies.
“Thank you Motorhead Fans!!,” posted the band. “This is HUGE for us!!”
'Aftershock' also debuted at No. 3 on the USA Hard Music Chart and No. 8 on the USA Rock Chart.
The band’s 21st studio album was recorded at NRG Studios in North Hollywood with longtime producer Cameron Webb.
