18 November 2013DEEP PURPLE videos have discovered film footage of early Mark 1 era of the band from October 1968 performing their smash hit 'Hush'.
The song written by JOE SOUTH, saw the band hit #2 in Canada and #4 in the US.
Mark 1 Deep Purple recorded three albums: Shades Of Deep Purple (1968), The Book Of Taliesyn (1968) and Deep Purple (1969).

Ritchie Blackmore – guitar
