Leave it to Les Claypool to take one of the most beloved Alice In Chains hits and turn it into a psychedelic hillbilly camp fire sing along.

That’s exactly what the Primus bassist along with six string slinger Brian Kehoe have done with Man In The Box. The track (streaming below) is part of the upcoming release Four Foot Shack by Les Claypool’s Duo De Twang. Claypool recently told Spin that the cover was “…a tribute to my buddy Jerry Cantrell.” Cantrell is no stranger to the Duo De Twang, as we watched him sit in with the group last year at the world famous Troubadour in West Hollywood California.
