Watch: U2′s video for 'Invisible'
12 February 2014During the Super Bowl earlier this month, U2 premiered their song 'Invisible', the first sample of their forthcoming Danger Mouse-produced 13th album.
The track was released as a free download via iTunes and also soundtracked a commercial for the (Red) Global Fund.
Today, the band has revealed the full video, which expands upon the footage from that commercial.
The black-and-white live performance clip was filmed in Santa Monica by director Mark Romanek, and sees Bono diving into a flashlight-wielding crowd of concert goers.
He also makes impractical circular microphones dangling from the ceiling seem like the coolest idea ever. Watch below.
The free iTunes downloads of the track raised over $3 million for the Fund, prompting Bank of America to up their initial $2 million promise.
