Bulgarian prog metal band PROJECT ARCADIA has just released its latest studio record  - 'A Time of Changes' (check the CD below).

It features Swedish vocalist URBAN BREED of TAD MOROSE, BLOODBOUND, SERIOUS BLACK and TRAIL OF MURDER fame who has joined PROJECT ARCADIA as a full time member.

We have the singer at our stuios together with main composer and producer - guitarist PLAMEN UZUNOV.
