Former LED ZEPPELIN frontman ROBERT PLANT joined JACK WHITE onstage at Argentina's Lollapalooza for a loud, blistering version of the band's classic 1969 track The Lemon Song.

PLANT looked like he was in classic form with his standard pose and ferocious "ohhh" and "baby" refrains. It ends with WHITE embracing PLANT, and then continuing his guitar assault.

It's no surprise that the two hooked up, with ROBERT PLANT mentioning in a recent Facebook chat that he envies the Lazaretto hitmaker.

"I love Jack White's buccaneer spirit and the way he dodges through the musical horizons," Plant said in a response to a fan query. "I'd be happy to make a single with him."

WHITE previously performed with ZEP guitarist JIMMY PAGE in the 2008 documentary It Might Get Loud.
