TO/DIE/FOR: New Single Is A Chart Success In Finland

TO/DIE/FOR's new single, "Like Never Before", is currently at position No. 5 on the Finnish chart after debuting at No. 14 last week. An audio sample of the title cut has been posted online at this location. The single, which also features a cover of OZZY OSBOURNE's "(I Just) Want You", was delivered to Finnish radio stations last month. The group's fifth album, "Wounds Wide Open", is scheduled for release on October 4 in Finland. Release dates in other territories have not yet been confirmed.

The follow-up to 2005's "IV", "Wounds Wide Open" was recorded by Samu Oittinen at Fantom Studios and by Jari-Jukka Nippala at Sonic Image, and will now be sent to Sweden's Abyss Studios where it will be mixed by Peter TГ¤gtgren (DIMMU BORGIR, CELTIC FROST). Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Wicked Circle", "Guilt Ridden State", "Quiet Room" and "Liquid Lies".

In other news, Nuclear Blast will reissue TO/DIE/FOR's "All Eternity" (2000) and "Epilogue" (2001) albums as a double-CD package on October 6. The cover art can be viewed below.
