DIAMOND HEAD begin recording new album - first in 8 years

UK heavy metal legends DIAMOND HEAD has started recording a new album and are giving updates on the progress of their recording.
A series of postings read:
“DAY 2 of tracking. Karl (Wilcox, drums) is a monster getting through the tracks and the drums sound huge!!!”
“Day 3 in the studio! Way ahead of schedule thanks to Karl's incredible energy and accuracy!
“1 more tune to track drums on and then we hit bass and get creative with guitars, amps and tone!
“Stay tuned for updates and media.”
“Many broken sticks, smeared notes and bloody drum skins and album drums are done!!!”
DIAMOND HEAD’s last full-length album What’s In Your Head? was released in 2007 via Cargo Records.
