FALL OF SERENITY Parts Ways With Vocalist, Announced Replacement

German melodic death metal outfit FALL OF SERENITY has parted ways with singer RenГ© Betzold. According to a press release, "The new microphone abuser will be former bass player John Gahlert, who already wrote a lot of the vocal lines on the last album "Bloodred Salvation", which was recorded at Rape Of Harmonies Studio (HEAVEN SHALL BURN) and mixed by Jacob Hansen (HEAVEN SHALL BURN, MERCENARY, MAROON). The free spot behind the bass will be taken by new member Simon Brach. The change of the line-up will NOT affect any of the already announced shows as FALL OF SERENITY played a couple of shows without RenГ© in the past where John already stepped in on vocals and did a great job, so be there and bring it on!"
