KURT COBAIN’s BEATLES Cover to Reportedly See November Release
23 September 2015The Kurt Cobain documentary Montage of Heck was released earlier this year, with the film’s director Brett Morgen confirming that an album of Cobain solo material would also be forthcoming.
The disc will be available Nov. 6 to coincide with the DVD edition of the documentary, but there’s something else in the works as well.
It appears a 7″ single will also be released. According to Stereogum, a pre-order link has surfaced for 'And I Love Her,' the home-recorded Beatles cover that debuted in the film. Take a listen to that here. It will be backed with the original Cobain rarity 'Sappy.' The release date is listed as Nov. 20.
