The reunion shows, featuring vocalist John Arch, will be taking place to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their 'Awaken The Guardian' album. The first performance will occur at next year's Keep It True festival in Germany in late April and the second reunion show will happen at the ProgPower USA festival in Atlanta in early September of 2016.

 

The band also revealed that the current lineup have completed writing the music that will be featured on their next studio effort, which they expect to release next yearvia InsideOutMusic.

Jim Matheos had this to say "I'm happy to announce that all the music for FW12 is now written. Still some work to do on lyrics and final arrangements, but the plan is for us to start tracking in December with a release date planned for the first half of 2016."
