BRIAN JOHNSON sings on 'Mr. Rock n Roll', possibly his final song enters our chart
26 May 2016Brian Johnson’s days with AC/DC may be numbered, but the singer isn’t done being a rock god quite yet. Before being sidelined by a hearing condition and replaced by Axl Rose, Johnson entered the studio to record what could well be his final songs ever.
He recorded two tracks with comedian Jim Breuer for the Saturday Night Live alum’s first record of heavy metal music, Songs From the Garage. The first of those songs, 'Mr. Rock n Roll', debuted today (via Rolling Stone).
The song enters our TANGRA TOP 40 mega rock chart - vote here.
“To me, Brian is the most powerful voice in rock & roll,” Breuer said of the collaboration. “He is also the funniest and most generous man I have ever known. I am still in awe of how he recorded the song and forever thankful.”
'Songs From the Garage' is out May 27th.
