More Than 30 Arrested During GUNS N' ROSES' New Jersey Concert: Reports
24 July 2016Police arrested more than 30 people during GUNS N' ROSES concert Saturday night (July 23) at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
Charges ranged from drug possession to lewd conduct, and one woman was taken into custody for assaulting a police officer, local media outlets report. Reps for the New Jersey Police Department could not be reached for comment.
GNR’s Not in This Lifetime reunion tour continued Sunday night with a second concert at the East Rutherford venue, which boasts an average attendance for concerts at around 50,000-55,000. The trek, which reunites guitarist Slash, singer Axl Rose and bass player Duff McKagan (and briefly drummer Steven Adler) runs through November.
Next stop: Georgia Dome in Atlanta, GA on Wednesday night (July 27).
