GWAR salutes AC/DC with some very special Election Day guests
10 November 2016GWAR recently stopped by the AV Club. As their latest installment in the site's 'Undercover' series, the band covered AC/DC's "If you want blood, you got it."
It's a little known fact that the now deceased Dave Brockie/Oderus Urungus wanted to cover the song as the last track of GWAR's Beyond Hell album.
However, the album's label, DRT, insisted on a cover of Alice Cooper's 'School's Out.'
So, in a way, the video is a reference to that era of the band. See the video here.
