Unlike the traditional sound of THE ANSWER, 'In This Land' has a more contemporary stripped down folk sound utilising acoustic guitars, mandolins and layered harmonies. It sees the band rediscover their roots and is a paean to the greats of their Northern Irish culture referencing influences such as Van Morrison, Alex Higgins and Rory Gallagher. To coincide with the strong links to home, the track will be released on March 17th - St Patrick's day.

 

The single is taken from their latest album 'Solas', which came out late last year and received rave reviews. To coincide with the release, the band will also be heading out on tour later this month and into March.
