W.A.S.P.'s previously announced deal with SPV Records appears to have fallen through, and the band has now landed a new label home with Demolition Records.

The group's new album, "Dominator", is expected this spring. Songtitltes set to appear on the CD include "Mercy", "Take Me Up", "Heaven's Hung in Black", "Heaven's Blessed", "Long Long Way to Go" and "Teacher". Two cover versions were also recorded during the sessions - Deep Purple's "Burn" and Creedence Clearwater Revival's "Fortunate Son", but it's still not clear whether they'll appear on the final product or not.

A video of W.A.S.P. performing the new song "Mercy" on September 6, 2006 at the Kaliakra Stadium in Kavarna, Bulgaria has been posted online at YouTube.
