 The PLACEBO concert due to take place in Plovdiv on 4 July, is shaping up as this Summer’s most hotly anticipated event.

Tickets for the wonderful Roman Theatre – the venue hosting the Soundgarden and Audioslave frontman’s first ever show on Bulgarian soil – are almost sold out.

Due to the overwhelming public demand, additional measures are being taken with a view to providing extra SECURITY and COMFORT for everyone at the concert. Thus Five venue Entrances will be open for general admission. Please refer to the Roman Theatre map and seating plan:

Entrance Gates1-4, are all located at the TOP of the map (access via the Old Quarter), whereas Entrance Gate 0 is further DOWN, facing towards the St. Marina Orthodox Church.

Electronic tickets holders will have to use Entrance Gate 0 and Entrance Gate 3.

Doors open at 7.00 pm, with the show hitting the stage at 8 pm. Please note that you will be admitted inside the venue ONLY via the Gate leading to the Sector designated on your ticket/s.

You will find the venue MAP/LAYOUT on display outside all Entrances, printed out in the colours you see below. All copies are in English due to the large number of fans  from all over the world making the trip to Plovdiv for the show. All Gates are designated with large numbers, clearly visible from a distance. Should you encounter any problems, please do not hesitate to seek assistance from our large team of stewards – they are there to help you!

DISABLED/WHEELCHAIR ACCESS – via the Roman Theatre’s VIP entrance, located between Gates 1 and 2. Please be advised that this Entrance is NOT designated on the venue map. Ticket holders in need of their tickets can turn to the stewards, or, alternatively, call our exclusive hotline 0888 431-555

All tickets will be scanned in detail. COUNTERFEIT tickets will be seized on the spot and you will NOT be admitted to the show.

There will be Free Admission for CHILDREN AGED 7 OR UNDER, but no separate seats for them, so kids will have to sit with their parents. Parents/guardians are required to present a signed form, which can also b e downloaded from our partner’s (MVP Security LTD) website HERE

The Roman Theatre/PROHIBITED ITEMS:

- professional film and/or photo cameras and recording equipment;
- umbrellas (but raincoats are an option);
- flag poles;
- large kitbags/sports bags;
- beverages from outside;
- firearms, sharp objects (such as knives, forks etc.);

FOR YOUR ATTENTION:

Spectators will NOT be allowed to watch the show from the central alley encompassing the Roman Theatre. This area provides for free movement and it needs to stay uncongested. The stewards and security staff will ensure everyone is in the seats and sectors they have tickets for.

- Please bear in mind that there are NO WARDROBE OR CLOAKROOM FACILITIES INSIDE THE ROMAN THEATRE. Thus we do not advise coming to the concert with large kit/sports bags or cameras.

IN ADDITION:

This will be a record attendance at the Roman Theatre, so in addition to the regular toilet facilities at the venue, there will be a sufficient number of portable toilets installed especially for this show to cater for the huge audience;
- there will be two bars inside the venue, selling mineral water and festival beverages;

SECURITY STAFF AND STEWARDS:

Please do not hesitate to ask for their assistance in the event of medical or other issues, or of the person sitting next to you happens to be a rude troublemaker. Our staff are there to assist and protect you – it’s their job!

From all of us at Tangra Mega Rock – thank you for all the love, goodwill and kind wishes you showered upon us for our 11th birthday! We are delighted to have you here, celebrating it with us!
