Besides working on his new project Grinderman and preparing to release its self-titled debut album in April, Nick Cave has also begun conceptualizing the follow-up to "Abattoir Blues/The Lyre of Orpheus" (2004) - the latest release by his main band, The Bad Seeds. Cave plans to start the recordings for the still untitled CD in July.

Meanwhile, on March 20, Mute Records will release "The Abbatoir Blues Tour" CD/DVD - a four-disc set recorded at various shows during The Bad Seeds' latest tour.
