Radiohead have denied their album will be released on August 6, 2007, despite the rumour spread on the Internet. Amazon.co.uk claimed that the still untitled CD would be released on the aforementioned date via EMI Records.

A spokesman of the band denied that this is the case. Radiohead fulfilled their contract with EMI with their last album, "Hail to the Thief" (2003), and a new deal or label has not yet been announced.
