The Gathering drummer Hans Rutten issued a statement that the Dutch band is "currently working on a DVD release, which shall be recorded in Santiago, Chile on March 24, 2007, at the 4000-capacity theatre Teatro CaupolicГЎn. It will be a heavy, rock-orientated DVD called "A Noise Severe".

"We will also start working on a new CD this spring and hopefully we will release it somewhere in 2008. We keep on touring and promoting our latest album "Home", Ruten added.
