A month ago it was reportedВ that Van Halen shall reunite with original vocalist David Lee Roth for rehearsals and for a 40-date US tour. Well, it seemed too good to be true, and... yes, the tour is off.

According to Pollstar, the shows, which were never officially announced, are now indefinitely on hold until further notice.

The new/old Van Halen were set to be made up of the three founding members - Diamond Dave and brothers  Eddie and Alex Van Halen - plus Eddie’s son Wolfgang on bass.
