Season of Mist has set an April 23 release date for the new Mayhem album, "Ordo Ab Chao". A last of the 8 tracks on the CD, entitled "Anti", is already available for download HERE. According to guitarist Rune "Blasphemer" Erickson, "the sound reminds of the "Wolf's Lair Abyss" era, only more varied and philosophical"...

The follow-up to "Chimera" (2004) is going to be Mayhem's first release since 1993 with vocalist Attila Csihar behind the microphone. The latter rejoined the Norwegians in November 2004, replacing for departed singer Sven Erik "Maniac" Kristiansen.
