BOSTON Vocalist Found Dead Yesterday
10 March 2007Brad Delp, lead singer of American arena rock band Boston, was found dead in his home in southern New Hampshire yesterday, March 9, at the age of 55.
According to the local police, Brad was alone at the time of his death. The cause of the tragedy has not yet been determined and is currently under investigation.
Boston achieved great success during the 70's and 80's with hits like "More Than a Feeling", "Peace of Mind" and "Don't Look Back". The band's last album was "Corporate America" fromВ 2002, and their last live appearance was in 2006 at Boston's Symphony Hall.
Boston were supposed to set out on a big tour in June. Delp was also planning to get married to longtime girlfriend Pamela Sullivan this summer.
