German electro-metal superstars Rammstein have been nominated for an Echo award for their latest live DVD release, "VoРµlkerball". The Berlin sextet is up against Depeche Mode's "Touring the Angel", Pink Floyd's "Pulse", Robbie Williams' "And Through It All", and Tokio Hotel's "Schrei". The ceremony will take place in Berlin on March 25.

The German Echo Awards are similar to the American Grammys. The basis for the award is simply the best-placed music DVD production as determined by Media Control, the official German charts.
