SONS OF APOLLO - former DREAM THEATER members Mike Portnoy and Derek Sherinian, Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal (ex-Guns N’ Roses), Billy Sheehan (The Winery Dogs, Mr. Big, David Lee Roth) and Jeff Scott Soto (ex-Journey, ex-Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force) will play a very special performance at the Roman Theatre in Plovdiv Bulgaria alongside the orchestra of Plovdiv State Opera.

The prestigious evening will be promoted by the Bulgarian independent radio station TANGRA MEGA ROCK and the covers set orchestrated by conductor LEVON MANUKYAN who wrote the first metal ballet and had played with and orchestrated the likes of OPETH, DEVIN TOWNSEND, KATATONIA and more.

The covers set was first supposed to be chosen by fans online, but PORTNOY answered a question on Facebook as follows: 

'Nope...scrapped that idea...I’ve chosen the songs and written the setlist. It’s gonna be GLORIOUS!!!! 😉😎"
