The English music magazine Kerrang! has tallied up the hardest, most legendary rockers of this century and crowned AC/DC's Angus Young as the top "Rock Icon", beating some of the biggest names in the business.

Here's the top 10 list of Rock Icons:

8. "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott (ex-Pantera, Damageplan)
9. Amy Lee (Evanescence)
10. Rob Halford (Judas Priest)

This is the second Kerrang! gong for Young, who was presented with the "Legend" award at the 13th annual Kerrang! Awards in August 2006.
