WHITECHAPEL premiere their new track 'Brimstone' off their upcoming effort, 'The Valley', which Metal Blade have scheduled a March 29th release date for.

Says frontman Phil Bozeman of the lyrical content on the album:

It’s all about me as a child, and some of it is me looking back on that time from the perspective of now. Also, it’s my interpretation of my mom’s struggles and her different personalities. She had a journal that contained very disturbing and sometimes evil writings, and some of her quotes and a lot of that journal is in the lyrics.”

Mark Lewis (CANNIBAL CORPSE, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER) produced the album, which was tracked at the home studios of the band’s Alex Wade and Zach Householder, with drumming sessions having taken place at Warner Brothers Studio in Nashville, TN.

Navene Koperweis (ENTHEOS, ex-ANIMALS AS LEADERS) was recruited to handle the studio drumming on the release.
