Strapping Young Lad mastermind Devin Townsend has posted 3 of the 11 tracks from his next solo album, "Ziltoid the Omniscient", at the project's MySpace page. The word goes about the songs "ZTO", "By Your Command" and "Hyperdrive".

The CD, which will be released under the Devin Townsend banner, was recorded by Devin alone, who took care of the singing, guitar, bass, synthesizers, sampling duties, mixing and producing. He also used "the drumkit from Hell" - the rhythm tools developed by Meshuggah's Tomas Haake.

"Ziltoid the Omniscient" shall surface in Europe on May 21 via InsideOut Music.
