Drowning Pool will release their third album, "Full Circle", on July 23 via the group's new record label, Eleven Seven Music. The Dallas metallers got offers from Sanctuary and Century Media, but turned them down in favor of the above-mentioned young record company which works with artists like Buckcherry and Everclear.
